One-Click Ruby Installer 186-27 RC1 Available

After being silent for a while I just announced an updated version of OCI on RubyForge. Read the announcement also in ruby-talk

I’ll like to note this version is based on VC6, this was a long waited update and our work on MinGW version is still under works.

    Looks like a fresh install of this is yielding the dreaded Zlib::BufError when running gem update. Anyone else seeing this?

    Hello Ernie,

    This error was reported in RubyForge, and seems is related to older version of zlib1.dll in the PATH.

    Can you verify this? still another change was introduced and we will roll an update this week.
